I'm pretty sure that you won't find Serabi outside Indonesia, or no at least no country can say it is there traditional food too.

Serabi (rice flour pancake with coconut milk) is a Indonesian traditional snack.
Nowadays, there are many warung serabi offer varieties on the toppings for young customer.
The toppings include not just the obligatory liquid palm sugar, but also the likes of cheese, sausage, ice cream, vla (custard) and many more. Consequently, the price is much higher compared to the traditional Serabi.
